New Research Books Publishing in June

The Dynamics of Transitional Justice

Routledge Law is delighted to announce the publication of a number of exciting new titles across our Research and Law and Society lists next month. Wunmi Bewaji examines the regulation of Insider Trading in Developing Jurisdictions which publishes on the 6th June. New to the Transitional Justice series is Lia Kent's The Dynamics of Transitional Justice which draws on the case of East Timor in order to reassess how transitional justice mechanisms actually play out at the local level. Edited by Matthew Stone, Illan Wall and Costas Douzinas, New Critical Legal Thinking articulates the emergence of a stream of critical legal theory which is directly concerned with the relation between law and the political.
